Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

On orders $100 or more before taxes, you can get your favourite coffee shipped right to your door for free! For orders under the minimum requirement, a shipping fee of $24.95 will be applied to the order at checkout.

For orders placed within the London area meeting minimum requirements free delivery will apply. If the minimum requirement has not been met delivery is still an option for a $15.00 fee and your order will be delivered within 5 business days.

For all out of Country orders, there will be a shipping fee of $40.00 CND.

 

Order Tracking

Once the order is received and processed a shipping label will be created and the email address provided on the order will be notified of the package status. A tracking number should be sent to the email for you to track your package, if you do not get a tracking number please contact the office. Should you have any inquiries or questions about the order placed or received please contact our order desk at contact@humanebean.ca or at (548)388.4841.

For orders shipped outside of Canada, a tracking number is provided by the same system mentioned above. The difference will be packages shipped outside of Canada are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

 

Shipping Times

Once the order is received it is then processed within 3 business days and all packages are shipped within 5 business days. Should there be any shortages or issues with the order placed you will be contacted within 3 business days and the package will be shipped on the date decided between you and Humane Bean Specialty Coffee. We do use third-party carriers who also have shipping policies which can be viewed at the links below

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

All products (Coffee, Packets) are not eligible for return or exchange. Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange. For the product to be returned, refunded and/or replaced you must contact us within the first 5 business days of receiving your package.

Should you need to return a product because you received the wrong product, you will be mailed the correct product along with a return label in the box. Place the wrong items in the box, seal it and attach the return label to the outside. You can then drop the return package at your nearest post office.

 

Refunds

A refund may be issued for the following reasons; product shortage, damaged products, or incorrect orders. Refunds will be processed through the same payment platform used when the purchase was made (Stripe or PayPal). The refund will be in the amount determined between yourself and Humane Bean Specialty Coffee for the reasons discussed. The refund can only be issued to the same card used for the original transaction and may take up to 10 business days to be visible on your account. For the product to be returned, refunded and/or replaced you must contact us within the first 5 business days of receiving your package.

In case of a product shortage or discontinued item, we will always recommend a replacement product and happily guide you towards something you would enjoy. You will be informed within 3 business days of the order being placed should there be any issues with filling your order. For product shortages, you will be given an estimated time on when the product will be available for shipping. If your order consists of a discontinued product and you do not wish to try another product a full refund will be issued. A partial refund can also be made if there is a discontinued product on the order and the remainder of the order is still available for shipping.
